 “เปิดประสบการณ์อาหารไทยต้นตำรับที่เหนือระดับสู่มาตรฐานสากล” วันนี้จะพามากินอาหารไทยๆที่ไม่ธรรมดา ทั้งบรรยากาศ รสชาติ ในราคาที่ทุกคนเอื้อมถึงกัน

ห้องอาหาร Bangkok Heightz ตั้งอยู่ชั้น 39 โรงแรม The continent ใจกลางกรุงเทพฯเลย ที่สำคัญวิวดีสุดๆไปเลย ห้องอาหารเปิดตอนเย็นตั้งแต่หกโมง มาถึงก็ช่วง twilight พอดีๆเลยแหละ กำลังสวยเลย มีไม่กี่โต๊ะเท่านั้น บรรยากาศก็แสนโรแมนติกใช้ได้เลยแหละ เป็นแบบกึ่ง open air นะ แอบหนาวเลยแหละ

Bangkok Heightz Dining Room is located at 39th floor The Continent Hotel in the heart of Bangkok. The service time starts at 6 p.m. The rooftop restaurant has a fantastic cityscape.

อาหารไทยเป็นของโปรดของเราที่สุดอยู่แล้ว (ก็แหงสิ คนไทยหนิหน่า) concept อาหารที่นี่คือเป็นเมนูอาหารไทยทั่วไป มี street food ด้วย แต่ความพิเศษคือวัตถุดิบที่เค้านำมาใช้นี่พิเศษสุดๆ คัดคุณภาพมาอย่างดี เช่นลอปเตอร์ rib eye lamb ซึ่งทำออกมาเข้ากันได้ค่อนข้างดีเลยนะ (ปกติเราจะแอบอคติกับอาหารเหล่านี้ รู้สึกว่ามันไม่น่าจะเข้ากันเท่าไร) วันนี้เลยขอจัดเต็มจ้า

Thai food is my all time favourite. The main concept here is Bangkok Heightz takes traditional Thai street food recipes and elevates them to new heights, combining the best of Thai cuisine and fine dining. They would select the best ingredients such as lobster, rib-eyed steak or lamb, which they blended these ingredients together perfectly.

ลืมบอกไปนอกจากอาหารแล้ว ยังมี Cocktail bar ด้วยแหละ ว่าแล้วขอสั่งมาชิมสักแก้ว แก้วนี้เป็น signature เลย ชื่อตามห้องอาหาร Bangkok Heightz โดยใช้vodkaเป็นเบส แล้วผสมกับ Absinthe ขิง เหล้าส้ม น้ำมะนาว น้ำแอปเปิ้ล กีวี่และเสาวรส เสิร์ฟโดยจุดไฟด้านบนมาเพิ่มลูกเล่นให้แพรวพราวววว รสชาติค่อนข้างเข้มทีเดียวเลย สำหรับเราไม่ใช่คอแอลกอฮอล์เท่าไร ขอส่งต่อให้คนข้างๆรับช่วงไปต่อแทน

I almost forgot to mention about the cocktail bar! I ordered their signature which is called Bangkok Heightz (vodka based mixed with absinthe, ginger, orange liqueur, lime juice, apple juice, kiwi and passion fruit) with fire lit on the top. The taste was quite strong.

มาถึง Mocktail กันบ้าง แก้วนี้เป็นแตงโม สดชื่นมากกกกกก เสิร์ฟมาในขวดมีฝาปิดแช่น้ำแข็งมาเย็นเจี๊ยบเลย

I ordered another watermelon mocktail which was so refreshing.

ชาเย็น (Iced Thai tea) อันนี้มาในชะลอมน่ารักมากๆ รสชาติก็ตามมาตรฐาน เราเฉยๆนะแก้วนี้

Iced Thai tea was served in the round bamboo basket. It tasted just like ordinary Thai tea but the presentation was very clever.

สะเต๊ะหมูไก่ (Pork and chicken satay)เราเลือกมาทั้งสองอย่างเลย เค้าปิ้งมาสุกนุ่มกำลังดี อันนี้ถูกใจมาก ตินิดเดียว แตงกวาในอาจาดหั่นเล็กไปหน่อย จิ้มไม่ขึ้น ฮ่าๆ (เราชอบอาจาดมาก ^^)

I chose pork and chicken satay, it was cooked perfectly until the meat was tender and juicy. I love this dish very much but a little complaint will be the sauce. They diced the ingredients too finely that I cannot pick it up!

ต้มยำกุ้งแม่น้ำ (Spicy & sour soup with prawns) อันนี้ไม่สั่งไม่ได้ เมนูโปรดตั้งแต่เด็กจนโต อร่อยมากกกกกกก เปรี้ยวเผ็ดซะใจจริงๆ จะมีกุ้งแม่น้ำตัวใหญ่ให้หนึ่งตัว และกุ้งธรรมดาอีกเยอะเลยแหละ

Spicy and sour soup with river prawns is the most recommended dish when ordering Thai food. It is my favourite of all time! The spiciness and sourness of the soup was absolutely perfect. They served you one huge river prawn with a lot of little prawns.

ปลาหิมะผัดกะเพรา (Stir fried snow fish with basil) ปลาหิมะกับผัดกะเพราเข้ากันอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ เนื้อปลาไม่เละด้วย เชฟเก่งมาก ปลาหิมะคือชิ้นใหญ่ๆเลยไม่ได้มาเป็นเศษซาก ใบกะเพรากรอบๆ ทานกับข้าวสวยร้อนๆอร่อยมาก

Stir fried snow fish with Thai basil The fresh snow fish with crispy Thai basil on top of hot Thai rice was such a great combination!

ผัดไทยกุ้งแม่น้ำ (Pad Thai with prawn) ผัดไทยกุ้งแม่น้ำ ชอบที่เส้นหนึบๆรสชาติกลมกล่อม กุ้งสดๆ พาฝรั่งมาลองผัดไทยที่นี่น่าจะเวิร์คนะ บรรยากาศดีมากๆด้วย

Pad Thai with river prawn, the chewiness of noodle combined with freshness of river prawn was absolutely savory. I recommended everyone to try this!

ราดหน้าทะเล (noodle with seafood in gravy) เครื่องจัดเต็มสุดๆ เยอะกว่าเส้นอีกกกก สดทุกอย่างบอกเลย

Fried rice noodle with seafood in gravy sauce served with a plenty of fresh seafood toppings.

แกงเขียวหวานเนื้อ rib-eye (Green curry with ribeye) เนื้อนุ่มไม่เหนียวเลย คอเนื้อห้ามพลาด

Green curry with rib-eyed beef, beef lovers must try this!

แอบบงงตัวเองเหมือนกันว่ายัดหมดนี่เข้าไปในท้องได้ยังไง ฮ่าๆๆ แต่ยังไม่จบบ เรามีอีกหนึ่งกระเพาะ ของหวานนั่นเอ๊งงงงงง ข้าวเหนียวมะม่วง มะม่วงหวานๆ ทานกับข้าวเหนียวมูลร้อนๆ จัดมาซะน่ารักเลย

We always have a space for dessert! The last but not least menu for the night was mango with sticky rice! The fresh sweet mango was served in lovely presentation with hot fluffy sticky rice.

และสุดท้ายยยยบัวลอยไข่หวาน มาแบบร้อนๆ อุ่นท้อง กลับบ้านหลับปุ๋ยเลยจ้า ^___^!!

Finally, we decided to end our night with a Thai dessert called Bua-loy with sweetened egg was served hot.

โดยรวมเราชอบบรรยากาศที่นี่มาก รสชาติอาหารก็โอเคมากๆด้วย แถมราคาก็ไม่ได้แพงขนาดเอื้อมไม่ถึงขนาดนั้น (โดยเฉลี่ยราคาประมาณเมนูละ 290-390 บาท) มาลองสักครั้งกันนะแล้วจะติดใจ :))

Overall, I liked the atmosphere very much and the food was great. Most importantly, the price was affordable (about 290-390 Baht per dish). I would recommend everyone to try it once and you will love it!
