รีวิวนี้จะพาไปตามรอย Michelin guide ที่สิงคโปร์ ทริปนี้เราขอลุยเดี่ยว กินคนเดียว เที่ยวคนเดียว มันสนุกไปอีกแบบนะ ชอบที่ไม่ต้องรอใคร เป็นตัวของตัวเองได้เต็มที่ แต่ไม่ดีตรงแบกขาตั้งกล้องจนปวดไปหมดเลย ฮ่าๆๆ 3 ร้านที่ว่านี้ ได้ร้านละ 1 ดาวนะ เป็นออกแนวสตรีทๆด้วย ฉะนั้นมันอยู่ในราคาที่ทุกคนเอื้อมถึงแน่นอน!! 
In this series of review, my trip to Singapore has been planned around the famous Michelin Guide. For this trip, I’m traveling solo which is surprisingly enjoyable as my itinerary has been planned solely accordingly to my preference, with the exception of having to carry around a heavy tripod on my own. Throughout the trip. I visited 3 1-Starred restaurants. The restaurant is very casual and affordable.

บอกได้เลยว่านี่คือเหตุผลหลักของการไปสิงคโปร์ครั้งนี้ เห็นครั้งแรกจากในยูทูปว่าเป็น street food ร้านแรกของโลกที่ได้ดาว ท่าทางสับไก่ของเฮียนี่ช่างยั่วน้ำหลายหนูจริงๆ ตอนเราไปเค้าย้ายร้านนะ ไม่ได้อยู่ที่เดิมแล้ว (google map ยังพาไปร้านเก่าอยู่นะ ระวังไว้เลย) ร้านอยู่ที่ Chinatown search ว่า Lulu hotel

This store was put into my bucket list from the first time i saw it in youtube (link). It’s the first street food store that was awarded the the coveted Michelin Star. Seeing the chef chops skillful hands chopping the chicken makes my mouth water. When I first went to the store, my heart stopped as I thought it was closed. Fortunately, Google sent me to the wrong location as the store has recently move. Make sure you don’t make this mistake and search for Lulu Hotel (the store in China Town near the Lulu Hotel)

บอกเลยว่าเราไผว์มาก เพราะเรามารอแรก ร้านปิดจ้า ต้องเปลี่ยนแพลนกระทันหันเลยแหละ ร้านที่นี่ส่วนใหญ่จะให้สั่งกับ machine แล้วจ่ายเงินทอนเงินได้เลย สะดวกมากๆ (แต่ยังมีพนักงานยืนให้ความช่วยเหลืออยู่นะ)

At Hawker Chen, you can directly place your order directly on the self-service kiosk. (Don’t worry if you have any issues - there are servers nearby to help)

มาดูเมนู คือราคามันถูกจริงๆแบบ เฮ้ยย หลายๆมื้อที่ชั้นกินมาแบบราคานี้ไม่ได้หยั่งงี้นะ จะมีทั้ง a la carte (ราคาประมาณ $3-5) และ เป็น set (ราคาประมาณ $5-7 รวมเครื่องดื่ม) ตอนแรกก็ลังเล ข้าวหรือบะหมี่ดี แต่คนส่วนมากสั่งบะหมี่ ชั้นก็บะหมี่ตามบ้าง ไหนๆมาแล้วขอลองทั้ง soya chicken BBQ pork crispy pork ที่นี่จะกินกับน้ำจิ้มเปรี้ยวๆไม่เหมือนที่ไทย ที่ชอบที่สุดคือ soya chicken นี่แหละ แบบอร่อยจริงๆๆๆ เนื้อนุ่มมากก ไม่เคยกินอร่อยเท่านี้มาก่อน ส่วนอีกสองอย่างเราเฉยๆ นอกจากนี้ยังมีเครื่องเคียง จานกลางอย่างอื่น เช่นผัดผัก เกี๊ยว เต้าหู้ แต่มาคนเดียวแค่นี้ก็อิ่มมากแล้ว อีกอย่างที่อยากบอกคือ อย่าสั่งน้ำชา ไม่อร่อยเลย น้ำเปล่าเหอะจุดนี้ 5555

Let’s have a look at the menu; I have to say, its really affordable! The a la carte options range from S$3-5 and set menus range from S$5-7, including a drink. Rice or Noodles - one of the toughest decision I had to make throughout this trip. As most people ordered noodles, i followed suit but opted to order Soya Chicken, BBQ Pork & Crispy Pork (hey, I gotta get the most out of my flight). The meat came with a slightly sour dipping sauce. Soya Chicken was my favourite as it was very juicy and tender. The two pork dishes were average. The store also serves dishes to share such as wontons, stir fry vegetables and tofu. I swear I didn’t order them! P.S. I didn’t enjoy the tea. I would recommend that you have water instead.

นี่ก็เป็นอีกร้านที่ได้ดูจาก youtube แล้วเก็บเป็น bucket list เลย ร้านนี้ถือได้ว่าเป็นราเมงร้านแรกของโลกที่ได้ดาว แต่เป็นที่สาขาโตเกียวนะ ที่สิงคโปร์เป็นสาขาเฉยๆ แต่เชื่อว่าอร่อยไม่แพ้กัน ร้านนี้คิวก็ยาวอีกเช่นเคย รอประมาณ 30 นาที คือแบบ หิวมากกกกกกก ร้านนี้เป็นเครื่องสั่งอีกเช่นเคย เราขอลอง Menu signature เป็น Shoyu ramen พร้อมหมูชาชูและไข่หนึ่งฟอง ร้านนี้ราคาค่อนข้างแรงอยู่ แต่มาแล้วก็ขอลองหน่อยเถอะ (ได้คุยกับผู้จัดการร้านเค้าบอกว่ากำลังจะมาเปิดที่ไทยนะ ไชโยยย)

This ramen store also came on my bucket list after I saw it on Youtube. It is the first store that was awarded with the Michelin Star (for the Tokyo Branch). While the Singapore branch doesn’t have a star, it’s as good as the Tokyo branch. After waiting for 30 minutes on an empty stomach, I finally got a seat. Once again, this store uses a self-service kiosk. I ordered the Signature Menu (Shoyu Ramen) with chashu pork and an egg. It is slightly pricey for ramen but I came all the way from Thailand, so I have to try. (According to the store manager, they are opening a store in Bangkok soon - yippee!)

ที่นั่งในร้านไม่ได้มีเยอะ เป็นแบบ counter bar ทุกคนบริการดีมากยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส และไม่นาน ราเมงก็มาเสิร์ฟ พอได้ซดน้ำเข้าไปเท่านั้นแหละ อื้อหืออออออ อร่อยมากก ให้รอนานกว่านี้ก็ยอมนะ คุ้มค่าสุดๆ น้ำซุปหวานกลมกล่อมมาก หมูชาชูคือนุ่มและแผ่นใหญ่ ส่วนไข่ก็ต้มออกมาได้พอดีเป็นยางมะตูม เส้นก็หนึบๆอร่อย ไม่เละ เหมือนไม่เชิงราเมงซะทีเดียวเหมือน ราเมง+Soba มากกว่า บอกเลยว่าคุ้มค่าแก่การต่อคิวและลองมาก แนะนำ !!

The store has counter-bar seats with limited seating. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Once you get a seat, it doesn’t take long for the ramen to arrive. As I took a sip of the soup, I realized what the fuss is all about. The soup is rich and perfectly seasoned and the ramen is topped with a large piece of tender chashu. The egg has been perfectly boiled with firm whites and runny yolk. The ramen has a good bite to it and felt like a hybrid between ramen and soba. I guarantee that it’s worth waiting in line for.

หากเบื่อบะหมี่หมูแบบที่ไทยแล้วหล่ะก็ เราแนะนำให้มาลองที่นี่เลย คิวก็อาจจะรอนานสักนิด แต่ถ้าได้ชิมแล้วหล่ะก็ จะลืมความลำบากที่พิมพ์มาเลย ร้านอยู่ย่านที่เรียกว่า Hill street ที่ศูนย์อาหารเล็กๆที่ชื่อว่า Tai Hwa Eating house เราไปถึงตอนประมาณบ่าย 3 มีก่อนหน้าเราประมาณ 10+ คิว ตอนนั้นคือหิวมากกกกกกกกกกกก แทบท้อแท้ อยากกิน แต่เอาวะ รอก็รอ คือมันหอมยั่วยวนมาก

ไปถึงก็แอบงงๆว่าต้องสั่งยังไง เลยดูคนข้างหน้าและถามเค้าเอา ทุกคนดูสั่งเหมือนกันหมด คือบะหมี่แห้งนี่แหละ จะมี 3 ขนาด $6 $8 $10 ส่วนมากคนสั่ง $8 แต่เราขอแค่ $6 ก็พอ จะมีอาเฮียเรียกไปถามว่าจะเอาอะไรบ้างแบบไหน เค้าจะถามว่าเอาเผ็ดมั้ย ตอบไปเลยนะว่าเผ็ด (เพราะมันไม่เผ็ดเลย ฮ่าๆๆ)

If you’re bored of the Thai-style wonton mee, I highly recommend Tai Hwa Pork Noodle. The queue is long but definitely worth the wait. The stall is located in a neighbourhood called Hill Street in a hawker center called Tai Hwa Eating House. Although I arrived around 3PM, there was about 10 people queuing in front of me! I was starving and was continuously teased by the mouth-watering aroma coming out of the stall. I wasn’t quite sure what to order. The majority seem to order the dry wonton mee and so did I. They offer the noodles in 3 sizes (S$6, S$8 and S$10).

และแล้วก็ถึงตาเรา ที่นานเพราะอาเฮียเค้าทำชามต่อชามจริงๆ เสียงชามกับช้อนเคาะกันนี่กระตุ้นน้ำย่อยได้ดีมาก มีบะหมี่แบบกลมกับแบนนะ เราเลือกแบบแบน ถ้าสั่งแห้งเค้าจะเสิร์ฟพร้อมน้ำซุปสาหร่ายแบบในภาพ เห็นคนอื่นๆตักซีอิ้วกับพริกมาด้วย เข้าเมืองตาหลิ่วต้องหลิ่วตาตาม เอาวะ ทำตามไว้ก่อนจะได้ไม่แปลก 5555

The chef asked what I would like to put into the noodle and whether I would like it spicy or not. (Just say yes, it’s not spicy compared to Thailand). They have two types of egg noodle, round and flat. The dry noodle is served with a seaweed soup. Not wanting to miss out, I added extra soy sauce and chilli as everyone was doing it. Always follow what the locals do.

หน้าตาน่ากินใช่มั้ยหล่ะ มีปลากรอบ ลูกชิ้น หมูชิ้น หมูสับ ตับ ซอสเป็นเหมือนพริกเผาผสมจิ๊กโฉ่ รสชาติกลมกล่อมดีไม่ต้องปรุงอะไรเลย น้ำซุปสาหร่ายนี่ก็ทีเด็ด เราซดเกลี้ยงเลยจ้า

Doesn’t this make your mouth water? It’s topped with crispy fish, pork balls, pork slices, minced pork, wonton and liver. The sauce is a mix of black vinegar and chilli oil. The noodle was very well seasoned and the seaweed soup hits the spot - I had every last drop.
